Sam Darnold’s Girlfriend Sends 3-brutal and astonishing Word Message After Pro Bowl

Sam Darnold and the Minnesota Vikings were one of the most surprising teams of the 2024 NFL season.

While the team unfortunately flamed out in the playoffs, losing to the Los Angeles Rams in a 27-9 blowout in the wild card round, the Vikings accomplished more than most thought they would. After a 14-3 regular season and playoff appearance, NFL Comeback Player of the Year candidate Sam Darnold was named to the Pro Bowl.

Following the season, Darnold revealed he’s thought about his future, but isn’t ready to share any of the conversations he’s had behind closed doors thus far.

“I’ve put a little bit of thought into it,” Darnold said. “I’m not gonna share anything about what I’ve been thinking or the conversations I’ve had behind closed doors. There’s obviously a lot that’s gonna happen still, even after the Super Bowl. Just going to continue to talk to my agent and figure things out from there.”

As Darnold contemplates his future, he’s receiving support from girlfriend Katie Hoofnagle, who was with him at the Pro Bowl festivities over the weekend.

“Winner winner NFC!” she said in an Instagram story post this weekend.

Minnesota has a major decision to make, re-sign Darnold or let former first-round pick J.J. McCarthy have the keys to the offense moving forward. The Vikings could opt to franchise Darnold or sign him to a new contract, but that likely won’t come cheap. McCarthy miss his entire rookie season after suffering a knee injury ahead of the 2024 campaign, so he’s also a relative unknown.
