Mattawan students were transferred to another bus after a minor crash Tuesday morning.
Mattawan Consolidated Schools superintendent Patrick Bird said about a dozen students were on the bus at the time.
Students were transferred to another bus and taken on to school. Although details were not immediately available, Bird said, parents were being notified that the students were safe and the transportation supervisor was at the scene of the crash.
“All we know is all of the students are safe and we’re grateful for that,” Bird said.
