The loss is causing frustrations to boil over in Green Bay, as fans aren’t seeing the results they want out of the Packers.

Many of those frustrations are being pointed at head coach Matt LaFleur.

LaFleur saw immediate success after taking over the Packers in 2019, but he has failed to replicate that in recent years.

In his first two seasons, LaFleur and the Packers went to back-to-back NFC Championship games.
However, they lost both years to the San Francisco 49ers and Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

LaFleur originally had future Hall of Famer Aaron Rodgers playing quarterback for him, winning two playoff games together.

In 2023, Jordan Love took over the quarterback position and immediately won a playoff game.

That wasn’t replicated this year though, and fans are starting to grow disappointed with LaFleur’s tenure.
