Authorities identify man killed in Wayne County plane crash

According to the sheriff’s office, the jet went down roughly three miles west and seven miles north of Wayne. Finck was the owner of the Piper PA-28-140 that crashed close to Wayne, based on register data. There was another plane disaster in Northeast Nebraska on the same day as this one. According to the authorities, Joseph Rudolf, 73, of Norfolk, Nebraska, perished in an aircraft crash close to Crofton, Nebraska.
