A crash claimed the life of a 19-year-old on Tuesday morning.
The Wayne County Sheriff confirmed Kennadi Mollett was killed in a crash that happened along US Route 52 in southern Wayne County.
The accident between a vehicle and a large truck happened a quarter mile south of the stone coal intersection with U.S. 52., the sheriff says.
Mollett’s family has been notified about the tragic news.

WAYNE COUNTY, W.Va. (WSAZ) – A crash has closed a large portion of US Route 52 in southern Wayne County.
Dispatchers at Wayne County 911 say the road is shutdown in both the north and southbound lanes in the Jennie’s Creek area all the way to the Crum area.
At this time there is no word on details surrounding the crash.
