Vikings Mourn the Loss of Dan Endy, Sr., a Beloved Member of the Vikings Family

 

The Minnesota Vikings organization is saddened to announce the passing of Dan Endy, Sr., a devoted fan and friend of the team, who recently passed away at the age of 95.

 

Endy, a lifelong Vikings enthusiast, was a fixture at Vikings games and events, and his passion for the team was contagious. He was a beloved member of the Vikings family, and his presence will be deeply missed by players, coaches, and staff.

 

“Dan was an incredible individual who embodied the spirit of Vikings fandom,” said Vikings Owner/Chairman Zygi Wilf. “His love for the team was unwavering, and his enthusiasm was inspiring to everyone around him. We are saddened by his passing, but we are grateful for the memories he created and the joy he brought to our organization.”

 

Endy’s dedication to the Vikings was evident in his extensive collection of Vikings memorabilia, which included jerseys, hats, and other team gear. He was also known for his elaborate tailgating setups, which became a staple of Vikings game days.

 

“Dan was more than just a fan – he was a part of our Vikings family,” said Vikings Head Coach Kevin O’Connell. “His energy and enthusiasm were infectious, and he will be deeply missed by our entire organization. We send our condolences to his family and friends during this difficult time.”
