Bhopal: Late on Sunday night, a car accident on an overbridge in the Satna district of MP left four friends dead and two badly injured. The automobile struck a road barrier, rolled over multiple times, and landed nearly upright against a guard wall as they were leaving a birthday party. The collision happened on the Satna-Rewa route close to Manikahari, 30 km from the Satna district office and 550 kilometers from Bhopal. Krishna Chandra Joshi, who is commemorating his birthday, is one of the survivors. He’s receiving treatment, as is Shani Pandey. Near Phiringia, Odisha, a bus accident claimed two lives and injured nine.
