4 dead after fiery crash between car, semi-truck near Sedona

As per the Arizona Department of Public Safety, a catastrophic incident near Sedona on Sunday that claimed four lives was caused by brake failure. The collision occurred on Sunday at 2:15 p.m. close to State Route 179 and Interstate 17. When his brakes failed, the driver of a tractor-trailer carrying glass told DPS troopers he was traveling south on Interstate 17.
