2025 NCAA Tournament projections: Tennessee moves up; Arkansas, Indiana on bubble

What happens when 12 AP-ranked teams lose in a single weekend? FOX Sports bracket forecaster Mike DeCourcy is here to answer that question with his latest NCAA Tournament projections.

Duke (East), Auburn (South) and Alabama (Midwest) remain No. 1 seeds in DeCourcy’s latest projections, while Tennessee (West) moves up to the 1-line following a dominant 20-point win over No. 5-ranked Florida on Saturday.

Iowa State fell to a No. 2 seed after losing three straight, including a 69-52 loss to Kansas on Monday night. The Cyclones are joined by Florida, Purdue and Marquette on the 2-line.

Michigan State, Houston, Kansas and Texas A&M are listed as No. 3 seeds in DeCourcy’s projections, while Wisconsin, Illinois, Memphis and Kentucky make up the No. 4 seeds

As for the bubble, DeCourcy has Georgia, Vanderbilt, BYU and Wake Forest among his last four teams to get into the tournament, while SMU, Pitt, North Carolina and Xavier are listed as DeCourcy’s first four teams out.

Arkansas, Indiana, USC and VCU are DeCourcy’s next four teams out of the NCAA Tournament.

The SEC has the most representatives in DeCourcy’s latest compilation, with 13 teams. The Big Ten has 10 teams represented, while the Big 12 has eight teams in the tournament, according to DeCourcy. The ACC has four teams, while the Big East has four. The Mountain West has three teams in the mix, while the West Coast has two teams.
