BREAKING: Video: Doncaster road cordoned off tonight following serious emergency incident

Following a serious emergency event tonight, a road in Doncaster has been blocked off. Since mid-afternoon, Marshland Road in Moorends has been closed, and emergency personnel are still on the site close to a level crossing. Earlier, the air ambulance touched down at the location. According to an eyewitness, emergency personnel were called to the scene for the first time at around 4 p.m.

Unverified accounts state that paramedics and police were rushed to the location when a car struck a house close to the railroad line.

It is acknowledged that this has resulted in a diversion of cars and bus services. The bus operator’s spokesman initially stated: “RTC on Marshland Road at the intersection with Micklethwaite Road.”

“Diversion from Northgate bus stop to Marshland Road via Grange Lane in order to resume regular route.” Details on the event that occurred this afternoon have been forwarded to South Yorkshire Police, South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service, and Yorkshire Ambulance Service.
