The Secret Service has been notified after a man shouts ‘Trump needs to die’. Nashville police said that the man flung chairs from a hotel balcony in downtown Nashville.

According to the Metro Nashville Police Department, a man has been accused of tossing chairs from a hotel balcony in downtown Nashville while allegedly shouting about political figures. An MNPD officer claimed he was travelling past the JW Marriot on 8th Avenue South around 5:55 a.m. Wednesday when he was flagged down by an employee. The employee informed the officer that Jack Campitelli, 58, had vandalised the property, according to the arrest record. The employee informed the officer that they ordered Campitelli to leave the premises, but he refused, instead hurling at least two chairs from a balcony onto the sidewalk. The arresting officer stated that he saw security footage of Campitelli tossing a chair from a balcony and onto the sidewalk below.

While being booked, the officer claimed Campitelli yelled, “Trump needs to die because he was a liar.” The officer stated that the Secret Service was contacted. Campitelli was charged with misdemeanour disorderly behaviour, vandalism, and trespassing.
