Sadly, President Joseph Robinette Biden stammers rather often. His numerous books and his political career though are quite fantastic; and so is his brilliant mind!!
Please do not judge him by his appearance. Elegance is not so much the wrapper, it is much more the gift inside! For a politician, he is really quite excellent.
He’s very much like the heroic Athenian, Demosthenes, who had an almost inarticulate stammering speaking voice from a young age, but he is considered one of the greatest orators ever. He staunchly resisted the occupation of Athens by Phillip of Macedon and also later by his son Alexander.
