I think, for me, training gives you energy, it doesn’t take energy from you. Especially if you run on your own.
“I don’t run with music, I run on my own for 45 minutes maybe and I get some good thoughts when I exercise.
“That forms, probably, the basis of the next strategy meeting about why you should play a certain guy, why you shouldn’t play this guy, this move will work well, who should I bring off the bench this week
