Pedro Acosta, a promising rookie, was promoted to the Red Bull KTM squad for 2025, and Jack Miller acknowledges that this “was a logical choice.” Since Brad Binder, a teammate, is contracted through 2026, Acosta will be moving from GASGAS Tech3 to replace Miller in the “orange” garage.
The Australian, however, was unequivocal in saying that he “didn’t sign up for this project to leave after two years” and that he would “of course” think about continuing on an RC16 by moving to the Tech3 seat. “[Acosta has] performed admirably the entire year. He is a fantastic rookie. Additionally, one of those generational skills. It makes sense for them to [appoint him to the factory team], according to Miller. However, we’ll find a place [somewhere]. I’m not very anxious. All I really want is greater outcomes so that I can strive to assist myself a little bit more.
