Marc Márquez began his MotoGP career at Gresini by finishing fourth at the Qatar Grand Prix. Slightly missing the podium, he was first among riders not riding the newest Ducati model and second among satellite teams. Jaime Alguersuari is confident in the six-time champion’s chances and thinks the Spaniard will win another championship.However, Alguersuari went back to 2013 and Márquez’s debut title, saying, “People in my editorial office were fans of Valentino Rossi, in Solomoto, with goodwill and from the heart they were fans of Valentino Rossi when Marc Márquez arrived in 2013 and won at the age of 20.” At a table, all of them agreed that Marquez had been fortunate. Either winning or being old didn’t matter. Six titles do not equal luck.According to Alguersuari, Márquez also acknowledges the caliber of the competitors that vied for the championship last year: “Marc gave the MotoGP its first great gift, which was to believe in the quality of Pecco and Martín.
