A full schedule of clinics, school visits, and activations in Christchurch will be led by Frontline One New Zealand Warriors players and Warriors Community Foundation officials in the lead-up to the team’s Preseason Challenge match against the Wests Tigers at Apollo Projects Stadium on February 18.

The schedule includes visits to five schools, two coaching clinics (one geared toward women), Q&A sessions with head coach Andrew Webster and veteran NRL players, and a chance for the general public to watch the One New Zealand Warriors practice.

Addin Fonua-Blake, Wayde Egan, Dallin Watene-Zelezniak, Te Maire Martin, Charnze Nicoll-Klokstad, and Kurt Capewell are expected to be among the participants.

“We’ll be doing a visit that develops relationships with around two thousand students in schools.

By offering chances and pathways to live productive, respectful, and healthy lifestyles, the program hopes to motivate and guide young people in school and future NFL players to be the greatest versions of themselves.

Two activities organized in conjunction with the Sky Sport Roadshow on Thursday night mark the beginning of the tour.

In Christchurch specifically for the community visit, foundation ambassador Ruben Wiki will facilitate a question-and-answer session with the One New Zealand Warriors players, while Charlotte Scanlan, the foundation’s advisor on community programs, will conduct a coaching clinic with a women’s focus.

Two staff and player groups will be operational on Friday.

One will showcase the NRL’s Road to Regions wellness initiative at Shirley Primary, St Anne’s, and Haeata Community Campus.
