Ronnie O’Sullivan has built up a reputation of being unbeatable this season even though he’s ………….

Rival Neil Robertson asserts that despite winning his last three events, Ronnie O’Sullivan has played “pretty awful” this season.
After winning his ninth consecutive race, the record-tying UK Championship and the Masters, the Rocket also prevailed at the World Grand Prix.
Even though he has been winning 15 games straight since November, 48-year-old O’Sullivan has been critical of his performances.
O’Sullivan, according to Robertson, has occasionally played “pretty awful,” but he has such a strong aura that opponents find it challenging to overcome him.
Robertson said, “When you’re just coasting into the last 16 quarterfinals, you can get very comfortable and complacent.”Trump has been in fine form this season and kept it up against Higgins on Friday afternoon, knocking in breaks of 78, 74, 71 and 68 in an impressive 5-2 win.In doing so the Ace reaches his seventh ranking semi-final of the season from just 10 events, illustrating his immense consistency.Higgins has been to three ranking semis this campaign, but has failed to go beyond that stage as he searches for his first ranking event since 2021.

Trump, who has already won three titles this season, acknowledges that his form, confidence, and results are all superior to those of Higgins, but he maintains that Higgins is still a good yardstick by which to measure his own progress. “For the first five or ten years, he was always just getting over the line. Now I am able to do the same. Just at the important times, to pot the crucial balls,” Trump said. “Today John missed an easy ball to go 3-3 and that was the difference. For me, he is still a good benchmark. We are meeting here where his level has probably just slightly dropped and mine has risen. Every time I play him, I can still see he is up for it.”
