Leeds has Celebrate Their first….

There is less than three days until the transfer window slams shut and Leeds are still yet to make a single signing, even with a variety of positions still in need of fresh faces.

Daniel Farke has already admitted the squad is two players lighter from how it started the month following the departures of Djed Spence and Luke Ayling, showing just how important it is to bring in some defenders.

Both full-back positions, as well as central defence if Charlie Cresswell leaves, are lacking depth at the moment, and one player who they are interested in signing is Burnley’s Charlie Taylor.

According to the Yorkshire Evening Post, Taylor, Connor Roberts and Ben Godfrey are all on Leeds’ radar before Thursday night’s 11pm deadline, showing where their priorities lay.

Having very much been on the periphery last season, Taylor has been a regular under Vincent Kompany this term, with 16 Premier League starts under his belt.

Ultimately, that is likely to make a deal very difficult to do for Leeds once again unless Burnley are suddenly able to bring in another two left-backs in the next couple of days.

Leeds have been patient all month in waiting for their first choice targets to become available, and while Taylor might be one of them, it feels like a dead end at this stage.
