Alabama 2 Key Player Have Been Suspended Due To…..

FSU fought hard but finished as the runner-up in the high school recruitment of Earl Little Jr. after he picked the Crimson Tide two years ago. Little, a 6’1”, 185 pound defensive back, announced today that he has chosen to transfer to Florida State.

He primarily played on special teams for Alabama due to the Crimson Tide’s extensive depth in the DB room, and did not play again this season after tearing the labrum in his right shoulder against LSU on November 4. He had surgery and previously told various media that he expects to be ready for the spring. Little was considered a future starter at the STAR position next season for Alabama.

A redshirt freshman with three years of eligibility remaining, Little has the versatility to play either safety, nickel, or cornerback and will be a welcome and talented addition to the defensive back room. With FSU being in much better shape as a program now, his former high school coach Patrick Surtain serving as DB coach, and his best friend Marvin Jones Jr. having signed on to become a Seminole, all signs pointed toward FSU finally getting Little in the fold once he announced that he would be transferring.
