UPDATE : Minnesota Vikings Get Unfortunate Update On Justin Jefferson..

Minnesota Vikings star receiver Justin Jefferson has been out of the lineup for a good chunk of time due to a hamstring injury. Jefferson has said that he is unsure of when he will be ready to return to action but has said that he feels like he is almost 100% recovered. However, the team revealed his status for this week’s matchup against the Chicago Bears on Monday Night Football, and it is not what Vikings fans wanted to hear.

If I miss this one, it’s going to be the seventh game, so it’s definitely frustrating, and it’s tough to be patient and try to make sure that an injury heals properly. It’s definitely not something I want to do, but it comes with the game, it comes with trying to be healthy, trying to be 100% and the safe route

The star receiver said that he has been able to run routes at full speed again in practice, which is a good sign, but he does not want to take any unnecessary risks. When asked about whether or not he will be returning to the game on Monday, Jefferson told reporters that he is doing everything he can to be able to start.

I’m not sure. We’ll see. We still have more days to practice and really evaluate everything. We’re going to weigh the options correctly, making sure that I’m feeling feeling well and prepared to play a game, and if I’m feeling good, I will play

Minnesota is currently 6-5 and is in second place in the NFC North. They’ll face the Bears on Monday Night Football which should be a good matchup. If Jefferson can return, it will be fun to see his connection with new quarterback Joshua Dobbs for the first time. However, he is still questionable to play, and it should be revealed soon whether he is ready to play….
