Browns roster: 3 moves made Saturday in advance of Broncos game

While all eyes are on The Ohio State University Buckeyes versus Michigan Wolverines on Saturday, the eyes of Ohio (mostly) turn to the Cleveland Browns versus the Denver Broncos on Sunday.

Both the Browns and Broncos have been playing well over the last few weeks but Cleveland continues to deal with a ton of injury issues. Those injuries had primarily been on the offensive side of the ball but have turned to the defense recently.

With CB Denzel Ward out this week and S Juan Thornhill questionable, along with Rodney McLeod out for the year, the Browns have elevated CB A.J. Green and S Tanner McCalister for Week 12 versus Denver.

Just signed this week, veteran S Duron Harmon is not ready to take a role with the defense against the Broncos.

Cleveland did get some positive news on Saturday with LB Jordan Kunaszyk being activated from injured reserve despite being questionable for Sunday’s game. A roster spot was available with McLeod going on injured reserve.
