“He’s got a pretty significant injury. I think it speaks to his toughness. He didn’t say anything all game but then something came up and he called Flea (head athletic trainer Bryan Engel). He’s been in the hospital. It’s been pretty significant. This kid is as tough as they come.”

LaFleur called it a “scary situation” that happened at some point during their week 11 game against the Los Angeles Chargers. He confirmed that it was not related to his appendix and would provide further updates as information became available.

Packers wide receiver Jayden Reed (11) is tackled, following a pass reception, by Los Angeles Rams safety Quentin Lake (37) during their football game Sunday, November 5,, 2023, at Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wis.
