Leeds United’s Millwall squad has been revealed after adding five players, but a summer deal is in doubt.

Daniel Farke greets three injured players at The Den on Sunday midday

Leeds United manager Daniel Farke will have his biggest squad of the season to choose from as he prepares to lead his side against Millwall at The Denis. The Whites play today on Sunday lunchtime and will be aiming for their second win of the campaign.

Having spent much of the early season struggling to even fill the bench, Farke has plenty of options at his disposal. Firstly, the trio of Liam Cooper, Sam Byram and Daniel James are back from injury and available for this afternoon’s game.

The Whites boss could also call on two new signings who failed to secure a draw against Sheffield Wednesday last time out. Midfielder Ilia Gruev is set for his first matchday squad, as is winger Jaidon Anthony, who arrived late on deadline day.

Despite these positive developments, the Leeds injury list hasn’t quite been cleared. Patrick Bamford, Junior Firpo and Stuart Dallas remain out, while Djed Spence is a major doubt for the trip down south.

Leeds will kick-off at The Den just one point behind their hosts in the early Championship table as they go looking for their second win of the campaign so far.

Leeds United squad available for Millwall : Meslier, Ayling, Ampadu, Cresswell, Cooper, Piroe, Kamara, Summerville, Anthony, Klaesson, Rodon, Shackleton, James, Struijk, Gray, Rutter, Byram, Poveda, Darlow, Gnonto, Gelhardt, Hjelde, Spence*, Gruev, Joseph
